Awesome E-Bike!

After researching numerous e-bikes, I finally decided on this one from Act-Best. Strange name but excellent bike. Very solid and sturdy. Easy to assemble out of the box. Very well packaged from the vendor. I have added a few tweaks to it since purchase (larger seat, travel bag and a rear view mirror) but it was excellent right out of the box. I have ridden it several times since receiving it and am very pleased with it's performance, endurance and comfort for traveling. I mainly use it for getting around the campground(s) we visit but also have rode it numerous times around the house on short trips. This bike is a bit heavy (almost 80 lbs. with the battery) but it's very solid riding it. With the shock absorbing front forks and under-seat shock system, very smooth ride. So far, very satisfied. Thank you!

Love this bike

So far I have loved it. A screw fell out to the mechanism that opens and closes it but you can easily still do it by hand. I have had it 2 weeks now and I have covered 50 miles. It’s so much fun to wiz around and on prime day I got it for 860 dollars . Great value for what you get !

This bike went beyond my expectations for an electric bike the features the way you can ride it straight electric electric assist pedal only the ease of riding it just blew me away. you definitely want to use it?

Customers service department

The customer service department is very attentive to your needs if you have any issues with the bike. I had reported to them that the bike brakes were making a squeaking noise when I would apply the brakes and within hours they sent me a video on how to adjust the brakes. I tried to adjusting the brakes on my own but had no luck, after informing them I had tried and had no luck, they wrote back and indicated to me that they were going to send me a tool that would help me to adjust the brakes.On another note- I had went back to the Amazon site and noticed that Amazon had the same bike I had just purchased with the fender and the rear rack for the same price. I called the actbest and said to them that I had just purchased their bike without the fender and rear rack and would like to know if I could get that for my bike that I just purchased. To make a long story short, actbest agreed to send me both accessories for my bike.I'm very salified with the service that I have gotten from them so far. Keep up the good work actbest.
