Thank you for choosing Actbest. Before you enjoy your ride, please carefully read and fully understand this entire Warranty Policy. This policy outlines important information regarding your warranty rights, coverage, duration, and related liability disclaimers after purchasing an Actbest product.

⚠️ Note: By using or possessing an Actbest product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy. If you do not agree with any term of this policy, please do not use the product and contact customer service within the specified timeframe according to our Return Policy to cancel your order or initiate a return.

🛡️ 1. Warranty Coverage and Period Overview

1.1 Applicable Users and Channels

This warranty service is provided solely to the original purchaser who bought the product through official Actbest channels.

Non-Original Purchasers (Second-hand Owners): To receive the remaining warranty coverage, both of the following conditions must be met:

✅ The 1-year warranty period has not expired.
✅ The original purchaser's name and order number are provided for verification.
❌ Theft: Theft or loss of the vehicle is not covered under this warranty.
❌ Unidentifiable Damage: Damage to the vehicle that makes it impossible to identify as our product is not covered under this warranty.

1.2 General Warranty Coverage

Actbest warrants that during the Warranty Period, the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For confirmed defective parts, Actbest will be responsible for providing replacement parts free of charge.

1.3 Frame

Actbest frames are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty.

This warranty covers the replacement of the frame itself only. Labor costs associated with removing original components and reinstalling them onto the new frame are not included. An authorized Actbest service representative will determine if the frame meets the replacement criteria.

The following frame issues are not covered under this warranty (including but not limited to):

❌ Corrosion, paint fading, scratches, and impact marks.
❌ Damage caused by impacts.
❌ Irreversible modifications (e.g., drilling or welding).
❌ Chain guards attached to the frame (if applicable).

1.4 Battery

The battery is covered by a 1-year pro-rated warranty from the date the original purchaser receives the product.

Within the 1-year service period: If a battery fault occurs, Actbest will repair or replace the battery for the customer free of charge. Battery faults can only be assessed and confirmed directly by Actbest. The warranty period for repaired or replaced batteries remains based on the original purchase date and will not be extended. Cash refunds will not be provided.

🚫 This limited warranty does not cover the following battery issues:

Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other activities not consistent with the intended product use), improper storage, abnormal contact with liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand/dust, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
Defects or damage caused by unauthorized modifications.
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless such damage was caused by Actbest.
Products with removed, defaced, tampered, damaged, or illegible serial numbers or barcodes.
Normal wear and tear.
Defects or damage caused by using accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral devices not provided or approved by Actbest for use with this product.
Defects or damage caused by failure to assemble, test, operate, maintain, install, service, or adjust the product in accordance with the Assembly Instructions or User Manual.
Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collisions, fire, flooding, storms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to severe weather, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any power source.

Additionally, for the battery, this limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

🔌 Charging with a charger not specifically designed for or compatible with this battery.
⚡ Improper use of the charger.
🔓 Tampering with or breaking any seals on the battery, or showing signs of unauthorized disassembly.
🚲 Using the battery in equipment other than the specific bicycle it is intended for.

🚫 2. This Limited Warranty Also Does Not Cover the Following

2.1 Parts corroded due to exposure to natural elements (moisture, heat, etc.).
2.2 Damage to or deterioration of the product's surface, appearance, or cosmetic finish.
2.3 Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or similar activities not consistent with intended product use), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquids, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand/dust, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
2.4 Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by the Actbest electric bike itself.
2.5 Damage to, alteration of, or illegibility of products where the serial number or barcode has been removed or defaced.
2.6 Defects or damage caused by using accessories, products, or auxiliary/peripheral devices not provided or approved by Actbest.
2.7 Defects or damage caused by failure to assemble, test, operate, maintain, install, service, or adjust the product according to the Assembly Instructions or User Manual.
2.8 Defects or damage caused by external causes such as collisions, fire, flooding, storms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to severe weather, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any power source.
2.9 Normal wear and tear resulting from defects in materials or workmanship. Wear conditions can be assessed by Actbest. Parts typically not covered include, but are not limited to: brake pads, brake rotors, spokes, tires/inner tubes, chain, sprockets, freewheel, crank sets; parts corroded due to environmental factors (moisture, heat, etc.); damage to or deterioration of the product's surface finish, appearance, or cosmetic appeal.
3.0 Products used or purchased outside the United States/Canada.

📋 3. Warranty Process and Contact Information

3.1 How to Request Warranty Service

If you believe your Actbest bike has a warranty issue, please contact our Customer Support Team via email. Provide your proof of purchase along with photos or videos clearly showing the problematic part(s). If the user fails to provide the corresponding proof of purchase, problem photos, or videos as requested by customer service, customer service has the right to deny the warranty service.

3.3 Handling Process

For confirmed defects covered under this warranty, Actbest will be responsible for providing replacement parts. Any labor costs associated with replacing parts must be performed by an employee authorized by Actbest. Actbest may provide both parts and labor, or may instruct you to replace certain parts yourself or perform self-repairs.

3.4 Shipping Damage Claims ⏰

Shipping damage claims are highly time-sensitive. Therefore, you must inspect your electric bike immediately upon receipt to confirm any damage. If your product arrives damaged in transit, please send clear photos or videos of the damage to service@actbest.net within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We will replace the damaged parts free of charge or compensate for the damage at no additional cost to you. Shipping damage claims reported beyond 7 days of receipt will not be accepted.
