Answer:You can find the instructions pictures in the Product guides and documents - User manual (Page27). "Removing the battery: Insert the key, twist it to the right with your right hand, and pull the
battery out with your left hand. After the battery is removed, it can be charged alone with the charger."

Great bike!!

Received the bike on 10/13/23 and my husband had it assembled by the time I got home with no issues. I've only ridden it a few times but so far so good. We bought this ebike as a starter ebike and honestly to simply get me out of the house and a bit more tolerate on bike in hopes of beimg able to get back on my normal bike soon. I have to say for the price it's been fantastic. It's super easy to maneuver and very comfortable. The seat is a bit hard but for my purposes it will do. I would highly recommend it and have do so already to several co-workers. Will update the review if anything changes.

A whole lot of ebike for a great price

We bought 2 that arrived quickly and very well packed. Easy to assemble. My wife and I rode 20 miles yesterday evening. We love how many features the Actbest has, especially the thumb throttle and cruise control. The brake light works even when you don't have the lights turned on. It is too early to say anything about the batteries, but we had plenty of juice remaining at the end of our ride. We would definitely recommend picking up one or two of these ebikes for lots of fun without breaking the bank.

Excellent E-Bike!

I did extensive research for e-bikes under $1,000 and kept coming back to Actbest for what you get for the price. In result, I pulled the trigger and it arrived promptly. Bike was well packaged and easy to assemble. After 2 weeks of solid riding including hills, there is nothing negative about the bike. It does what I was looking for. In fact, my wife has now become jealous so now I am going to order one for her as well. Thanks Actbest!

Rides great and is FAST!

I love this bike. I actually enjoy riding it a lot and have put almost 100 miles on it since October 13th. It rides smooth, and it has gotten up to 25mph. My only complaint is that I wish the tires were wider. I can’t lean into a curve at full speed like my boyfriend can on his e-bike with fat tires. Aside from that would I recommend it? Yes. If I had to do it all over knowing what I know now would I buy it again? Absolutely!
