Its riding position is designed to keep everyday controls within easy reach, while the adjustable saddle helps riders find a more comfortable pedaling position.

The Core 2.0 is powered by a removable 48V 10.4Ah lithium-ion battery with approximately 499Wh of energy capacity.

The battery is positioned within the lower section of the frame to support balanced weight distribution and a clean profile. A keyed locking mechanism helps secure the battery to the bike during normal use.

To charge indoors, unlock and remove the battery using the included key, then connect it to the supplied charger.

Has the Core 2.0 been tested for electrical safety?

Yes. The Core 2.0 has been independently tested by TÜV Rheinland. The battery pack has been tested to ANSI/CAN/UL/ULC 2271:2018, and the complete eBike electrical system has been tested and certified to ANSI/CAN/UL 2849:2022A.

Is the Core 2.0 suitable for a daily commute?

Yes. The Core 2.0 combines pedal assist, a Shimano 7-speed drivetrain, adjustable front suspension, a removable battery, and a rear rack to support everyday commuting. The standard step-over frame also provides a familiar bicycle-style riding position for riders who prefer a traditional frame design.

How do you replace the battery. Example take it in to work and just want to take the battery to charge. Is there a video?

You can find the instructions pictures in the Product guides and documents - User manual (Page27). "Removing the battery: Insert the key, twist it to the right with your right hand, and pull the
battery out with your left hand. After the battery is removed, it can be charged alone with the charger."

Will I actually get 55 miles on one charge?

The Core 2.0 can provide up to 55 miles with pedal assist under ideal riding conditions. Actual range varies based on assist level, throttle use, speed, rider and cargo weight, hills, temperature, tire pressure, and riding habits.

For longer commutes, using moderate pedal assist and the appropriate mechanical gear can help make more efficient use of the battery.

Does Core 2.0 Commuter Electric Bike have a throttle?

Yes, it has a thumb throttle. There are 3 riding modes including manual, pedal-assisted and pure electric, helps you smoothly navigate through various terrains even mild hilly areas, during commuting, traveling, and sightseeing.

How does the Core 2.0 handle rough city streets?

The adjustable front fork helps reduce the impact of cracked pavement, small potholes, road joints, and other uneven surfaces. You can adjust the fork to suit your riding preference or use the lockout for a firmer feel on smoother roads.

Can I ride Core 2.0 ebike in the rain?

The Core 2.0 has an IPX5 water-resistance rating and is designed to handle splashes and light rain. Avoid deep water, prolonged exposure to heavy rain, or washing the bike with high-pressure water.

Before charging, make sure the battery, charging port, and electrical connections are dry.
