Amazing Bike!

This eBike is an excellent choice for first-time riders.
As a larger individual (6'1", 322 lbs), I’ve ridden nearly 200 miles on it and found it to be a solid performer.

Customer support can be a bit slow, typically responding within a couple of days, but they do follow up.
One notable drawback is the stock tires and tubes, which are of subpar quality.
If you plan to use the bike daily, I highly recommend replacing them immediately. These replacement tires are a great upgrade.

Another thing to keep in mind is that the paint chips easily,
so if aesthetics and durability are important to you, consider applying a protective coating or touch-up paint as needed.

Additionally, I visited my local bike shop and purchased an $8 inner tube with a 40mm longer valve for the front tire, which has worked much better. Despite these minor setbacks, this eBike remains a great option for new riders looking for reliability and performance.

More than I expected

Easy controls, good power and acceleration and battery longevity . Lighter weight than most. looks good.It was missing a part: the seat toggle to lock into place and after attempts to contact seller (with no luck), I just ordered one on line for a few dollars. I ride for leisure and this is a great way to exercise with assistance when needed. Bike feels very stable and shifts with ease. The price savings was great.
