A:Yes. The Actbest Cargo is compatible with Child Seat, and is a perfect ebike for families with small children looking to enjoy the outdoors together.

Q:Can I change the kickstand on the Actbest Cargo?
A:Yes. The Actbest Cargo kickstand can easily be replaced by removing the four bolts on the bottom of the kickstand but only the stock Actbest kickstand is compatible.

Q:What type of terrain can a cargo bike ride on?
A:The Actbest Cargo comes equipped with 20” x 3.0” tires that are best ridden on flat land and up hills.

Q:How much does the Abound weigh?

Q:Does the Actbest Cargo include a throttle and how fast can I go using only throttle?
A:Actbest Cargo comes equipped with a throttle that has a maximum speed of 22 mph.

Q:Is the Actbest Cargo ebike waterproof?
A:Actbest ebikes like the Cargo are built to the IPX5 water-resistant standard. IPX5 means that your bike is resistant to water splashes from any direction. This means it’s OK to ride your ebike in light rain. It won’t be harmed by spray from a wet road or raindrops. Your ebike is not intended to be exposed to prolonged rain, be submerged, or subjected to a pressurized spray. Don’t use a pressure washer or sprayer to clean your ebike.

Q:How do you maintain an ebike battery?
A:Taking care of your ebike battery is an integral part of getting the most out of your Actbest Cargoebike. Here are a few things to remember:

1. Charge your battery regularly to avoid fully draining your battery’s stored energy or voltage.
2. Use the right charger. Only use an Actbest branded and proper model charger (Be sure to place the charger brick on a flat, non-flammable surface like metal or concrete. The charger brick will conduct heat while charging.)
3. Avoid overcharging your ebike.
4. Avoid extreme temperatures. Store and charge the battery in a climate-controlled area, keeping it away from both extreme heat and cold.
5. Maintain the right level of charge. The battery should be stored at 75% charge to its health.
6. Avoid heavy loads. Do not exceed the bike’s recommended maximum capacity.
7. Keep your battery, terminal, & ports clean.
