Overall satisfied with after purchase service

There are a lot of disappointed customers. Fortunately for me, after purchasing. I had my local bike shop go over the ebike, they adjusted the breaks and derailleur. I had issues with the controller and throttle upon delivery. I reached out to customer service, onlince community group as well as the marketing chat. The controller have been replaced witin a weeks time. I was initially sent the incorrect throttle. I informed Business Chat, they apologized for the inconvenience and insured me that the correct item would be expedited, I'm waiting on the delivery. I've had the bike going into the 4th week. I've put 153 miles. Absolutely not a great bike, but ok for the cost. I have the Orange Core 2 Commuter 28 MPH, I've gotten 62 miles on a full charge using assist 1 & 2. I'm going to adjust the assist speed. 1 only goes about 7 mph
